We are proud to be operated by three local Johnstown businessmen who share a passion for quality service and food, and with deep ties to the community and local institutions like Rizzo’s Restaurant, Flair of Country Catering, and Martella’s Pharmacy.
Our goal was simple: to create a local inspired space with quality drinks, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere that anyone can enjoy.
The Fifth Local Eatery and Alehouse, formerly The Alibi, is located right off of Route 219 on Scalp Avenue, adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express.
Remember, you no longer need an Alibi, you can plead The Fifth.
